PAN India recruitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle

    PAN India hiring requirements

    , ensuring timely closure of positions.
  • Execute

    mass recruitment drives

    for call centre agents and other high-volume roles.
  • Source and hire

    multi-lingual candidates

    for call centre/customer service roles.
  • Manage both

    contractual and permanent recruitment

    requirements.
  • Work across diverse domains including

    IT and Non-IT hiring

    .
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various channels (job portals, social media, references etc.).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS data.
  • Willingness to

    travel across locations

    as per recruitment drives and business requirements.

  • Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, professional networking sites, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
