Roles & Responsibility:
· Install and configure home automation systems, including smart lighting, security cameras, thermostats, and audio/visual systems.
· Performing wiring and cabling tasks according to design specifications.
· Conducting diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
· Providing On-Site repair and maintenance services for automation equipment and machinery.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and preferences.
· Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely completion of installation and repairs.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in installing and servicing home automation systems.
· Experience in Audio visual, home theatre, projector.
· Knowledge of home automation technologies, such as KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
· Customer service- oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
