Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Installer, located in Muzaffarpur. The Installer will be responsible for on-site installation of the company's products, ensuring they are correctly and efficiently set up. Key tasks include assembling, configuring, and testing the functionality of devices and systems, diagnosing and resolving any installation-related issues, and adhering to company standards and safety protocols. The Installer will also provide guidance and support to customers during the installation process, ensuring their satisfaction with the service.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in assembling, configuring, and testing electrical or mechanical systems
• Proficiency in problem-solving and diagnosing technical installation issues
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for installations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and support customers
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus
