Job Description

Inside Sales & Travel / Visa Counsellor (Office-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online travel enquiries
Counsel clients on travel itineraries, visas, and documentation requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for bookings
Ensure accurate documentation and clear written communication with clients
Maintain follow-ups and closure in a respectful, transparent manner
Maintain CRM / enquiry records and basic reporting

What this role is NOT:

No door-to-door sales
No field sales or target pressure
No fake commitments or mis-selling

Who should apply:
