Feelivacation Travel & Wellness is a premium travel consultancy specializing in international travel, visas, and destination weddings across India and overseas locations.We are looking for a Destination Wedding Planner who can manage wedding inquiries, coordinate with vendors and hotels, and assist families in planning destination weddings with clarity, structure, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle destination wedding inquiries from families and couples
Coordinate with hotels, resorts, venues, decorators, photographers, and vendors
Prepare wedding cost estimates and proposals under guidance
Assist in planning guest logistics including travel, accommodation, and timelines
Coordinate documentation, advance payments, and booking confirmations
Act as a single point of contact between client and operations team
Support on-ground execution when required (travel may be involved)

Important Notes:

This is NOT a freelance wedding planner role
This is NOT a creative-only role
Discipline, follow-ups, documentation, and vendor coordination are core to this job
