Identify the correct prospect according to the eligibility standards & convert into a sale. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Counselling the students as per their eligibility and requirement Calling on various leads database to generate and convert Attend telephonic queries and convert telephonic queries in walk-ins Handling client interactions The role-holder will represent Student Connect to prospective students, parents and organisations and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students. You will join a dynamic team and will be responsible for converting enquiries from students who are interested in studying abroad specially from Indian national. You will use the superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.

Overview Roles & Responsibilities: Counseling skills, including active listening and a non-judgmental approach. Responsible for making calls and counselling students/parents about abroad education. Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities. Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.
