Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to meet individual and team KPIs. 
  • Oversee daily lead qualification, call volumes, and meeting scheduling activities. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards. 
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and objection handling. 
  • Collaborate with the manager to address process inefficiencies and implement changes.

Must Haves:

  • MBA & B. Tech / MTech Degree required. 
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales with demonstrated team leadership skills. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and familiarity with data-driven sales processes. 
  • Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.
