Job Description

*Job Title: Inside Sales Team Lead (Sales & Cold Calling)* Company: NUCOT (Nuage Compusys Technologies Pvt Ltd) Location: Indiranagar (Jeevan Bima Nagar), Bangalore *Key Roles & Responsibilities* Lead and supervise the Inside Sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Execute cold calling campaigns and ensure consistent high-quality lead generation. Monitor lead funnel performance, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics. Train, mentor, and support the team on communication, sales pitch, objection handling, and negotiation. Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow-up logs. Handle escalations and support the team in closing calls when required. Report sales performance, insights, and contribution toward improving sales processes. *Required Skills* Strong experience in cold calling, telesales, and lead generation. Excellent communication, listening, and convincing/persuasion skills. Ability to lead a team and deliver results under pressure. Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience in CRM and reporting tools. Relevant exposure in inside sales and team handling experience in a similar role.
