Responsibilities : Candidates must have experience into handling a good team size and must be aware about his KRAs and KPIs. Candidate must be from Outbound Voice Process. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage and Manpower calculation. Candidate must have experience of 1.5+ years on the same designation. Candidate should be aware of Dialer / Tele sales / Lead Generation / Lead distribution / Tracking Team Target / Implementing Sales strategies. Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of SLAs while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. Monitor and drive day-to-day sales targets (B2C Sales), ensuring that all team members meet or exceed performance expectations. Oversee daily team activities, set clear goals, and develop call strategies for executives in collaboration with clients. Ensure that the team maintains the agreed standards in relation to job assignments and performance metrics.
