As an Associate Team Lead (ATL) with a minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales, your role will be crucial in assisting the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. You will be leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company, leveraging your team-handling experience. Key Responsibilities: - Work in a fast-paced environment to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. - Make calls and follow up with potential clients, aiming to convert leads into sales. - Conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients. - Maintain follow-ups over calls and build a robust sales pipeline. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. - Provide training and coaching to help team members perform well and achieve sales targets. - Build and hire the sales team of Business Development Associates as per the company's expansion plan. - Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years in Edtech Sales OR SaaS Sales (6 Months in Team Handling). - Experience in education sales is highly preferred. - Previous roles: Business Development Manager, Associate Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive.
