Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening R1 & R2 interviews onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and expectations.
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
Evaluate candidates for sales skills, target orientation, and logical reasoning.
Track recruitment funnel metrics (applied shortlisted interviewed selected onboarded).
Ensure strong candidate experience and contribute to employer branding.
Continuously optimize the hiring process using data-driven insights.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any field.
1+ years of experience in sales / inside sales (preferably EdTech B2C).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication in English + regional language, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to manage funnels, plan targets, and report performance.
Stable career history (minimum 1 year in previous roles).
Reliable, systematic, and data-driven approach to tasks.

Languages Known:

Native speaker of any of these languages - Tamil - Malayalam - Kannada - Marathi - Hindi - Odia & bengali
With Proficiency in English

Work Location: Hyderabad ( On-site )
Working Days: 6 days
Work Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM
CTC: Upto 4.2 LPA
