Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support position based in Pune. The Inside Sales Support professional will be responsible for assisting the sales team with daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing superior customer service. This role includes managing sales operations, coordinating with clients, and communicating effectively to ensure smooth sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
• 1- 4 year of experience
