Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Building: Leverage AI tools (like Clay) and automations (like Make) to create highly personalized and relevant outreach campaigns targeting our market to generate high-quality leads and revenue. Tool Mastery: Become proficient in tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, Make/Zapier, and more for outbound growth. Data Utilization: Use multiple data sources, including intent data and website analytics, to optimize campaign performance and drive strategic decisions. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling copy and assets tailored to diverse customer personas across mid-market and enterprise segments. Industry Outreach: Engage with potential partners and influencers in the industry to amplify our reach and impact. Growth Strategy Contribution: Collaborate on growth strategies across the company, share funnel metrics regularly, and act as a liaison between sales and marketing. Budgeting and Forecasting: Maintain rigorous budgeting and forecasting for all outbound growth activities, ensuring maximum ROI. Required Skills: Lead Generation: Skilled in lead generation, initiating contact with potential clients, conducting sales outreach, utilizing CRM tools, and managing the sales prospecting lifecycle. Technology Knowledge: Understanding of the software development process and technology services, including Digital, Cloud/SaaS Solutions, Data Engineering, AI/ML/LLMs, Generative AI, Enterprise Integration, ERP/CRM, Agile methodologies, and offshore/onsite IT service delivery. IT Solutions Sales: Experience with IT solutions/service sales and familiarity with IT C-Level executive networking and engagement. Learning and Adaptability: Ability to learn independently, with a strong inclination towards being trainable, coachable, and possessing a go-getter attitude focused on customer needs.
