Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Inside Sales Support position. The role involves assisting the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads. The individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and providing administrative support to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech-EEE/EE/MECH/MECHATRONICS/ECE
• Previous experience in industrial automation or related sectors is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced office environment
