Job Title: Sales Associate – Abandoned Cart & Prepaid Sales

📍 Location: Sector 27, Gurgaon (On-site)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days, Monday to Saturday)

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000/monthly (no incentives)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team, focusing on abandoned cart recovery and driving prepaid sales. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working with leads provided by the company. Prior experience in product sales and converting leads is a must. This role is integral in ensuring that abandoned carts are followed up with and that sales goals are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on abandoned carts using provided leads to encourage and close sales.
• Drive prepaid product sales, ensuring that customers are motivated to complete their purchases before delivery.
• Engage with leads provided by the company and nurture them through the sales funnel to conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure follow-ups are timely.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by ensuring a high rate of successful conversions and satisfied customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering product guidance.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales with a focus on product sales and prepaid sales.
• Experience working with abandoned cart recovery is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM tools and tracking sales leads.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems.
• Experience in e-commerce sales and customer support.
