Inside Sales Support

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and offering the right products and solutions from the company's portfolio, which includes industrial enclosures, wires & cables, cable connectors, cable glands & customer segment. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Process: Submitting quotations for the right parts to customers, follow-ups, and order fulfillment. - Solution selling: Understanding the technical requirements and challenges of prospective clients and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. - Collaboration: Coordinating with our technical teams to provide effective product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to clients. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of a graduate with a science/technology background. Preference will be given to Bachelor of Technology in Electricals or Electronics. - Minimum required experience of two years working as a Sales professional with a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs. - Knowledge of Industrial electrical systems. - Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. - Excellent organizational skills with diligent work ethics and a strong attention to detail. - Preference will be given to candidates residing or owning a house in the specified locations. - Willingness to travel and relocate within India. - Must have a valid driving license and preferably own a two-wheeler motor vehicle.
