With an expanding footprint globally, we’re looking for SDRs who can turn inbound interest into a qualified pipeline and generate outbound opportunities with a research-led, value-first approach. Your Role As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospects—engaging them through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and content. Your job is to qualify leads, book demos, and contribute directly to revenue growth by supporting both inbound and outbound sales motions. As an SDR, you will identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales Respond to inbound leads from webinars, whitepapers, and website forms within 24 hours. Qualify leads based on BANT or similar criteria. Book discovery/demo meetings for the sales team , and hand off detailed lead context. . Keep CRM updated with accurate lead stage, interest, and source tagging. Outbound Prospecting Research and identify potential accounts in target industries (manufacturing, BFSI, pharma, automotive, etc.). Craft personalised outreach using email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. Use lead magnets (e.g. ESG checklists, playbooks, whitepapers) to initiate conversations. Track and optimise outreach sequences (open rates, reply rates, conversions). Collaboration Work with Marketing to get leads from campaigns and events. Share feedback on what messages/content resonate with target buyers. Sync weekly with Account Executives to pass on context-rich handovers. Share competitor and market insights gathered during prospecting. Requirements 1–3 years of SDR or Inside Sales experience (B2B SaaS or consulting preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Ability to research accounts and craft tailored messaging. Comfort with tools like Hubspot, Apollo/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Curious about sustainability, ESG, and climate tech. Bonus If You Have worked in a sustainability, SaaS, or enterprise tech company. Are familiar with ESG frameworks (e.g. BRSR, GRI, TCFD). Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ESG Consultant to join us. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of the evolving ESG landscape. This role involves leading projects, managing client relationships, and providing expert advice on a wide range of sustainability challenges - from GHG accounting and decarbonisation strategies to climate risk assessment and ESG reporting. You will be instrumental in helping organisations integrate sustainable practices into their core business operations and meet their climate and sustainability objectives. Key Responsibilities: GHG Accounting & Decarbonization: Conduct comprehensive GHG inventories for corporate clients and various sectors, adhering to the GHG Protocol. Maintain and update GHG Emission Factor (EF) databases to ensure accuracy in emissions calculations. Design and spearhead the execution of ambitious decarbonization roadmaps, complete with clear, measurable targets and realistic timelines, aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) criteria and national/international climate goals. Apply Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF) guidelines for assessing financed, facilitated, or insurance-associated emissions (desirable). ESG Data, Reporting & Strategy: Lead the collection, rigorous analysis, and interpretation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data for clients. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify and capitalize on opportunities for enhancing clients' sustainability performance. Oversee and contribute to the preparation of high-impact reports, compelling presentations, and successful proposals related to sustainability initiatives. Engage proactively with clients to deeply understand their sustainability goals, challenges, and aspirations, providing tailored support and strategic advice. Stay at the forefront of emerging sustainability standards, ESG-sustainability certifications, frameworks (e.g., GRI, DJSI, CDP, TCFD, SASB, SDGs), and industry best practices. Client & Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables. Evaluate Physical Risks (e.g., extreme weather events, sea-level rise) and Transition Risks (e.g., carbon pricing mechanisms, regulatory shifts, technological changes) impacting clients. Conduct Financial and Economic Risk Analysis, demonstrating an understanding of the financial implications of climate risks, including impacts on insurance, asset valuation, and supply chain disruptions (desirable). Ensure risk assessments and client advisory align with global and national regulatory frameworks, including BRSR, GRI, TCFD, ISSB, IFRS, CSRD, and other ESG disclosure requirements. Ecovadis/CDP/Supplychain Sustainability Advisory (Preferred): Assist clients in understanding and navigating the EcoVadis questionnaire and rating model, including conducting gap analyses for current practices and policies. Support clients in understanding the CDP questionnaire and rating model, including conducting gap analyses. Advise on supply chain sustainability requirements, assisting clients in planning, developing, and conducting comprehensive supply chain sustainability programs.
