Job Description

Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent is responsible for:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Answering questions about company services.
  • Understanding customer requirements and qualifying leads.
  • Closing deals over the phone for remote locations, zero accounts, or quick wins.
  • Generating leads and setting appointments for Global Account Management (GAM).
  • Directing prospects to Global Account Managers for closure.
  • Maintaining and updating customer information in the database.
  • Processing orders accurately and handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Striving to meet sales quotas for remote and zero accounts and quick wins.
  • Keeping records of calls, sales, and other useful information.
