Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Specialist / Cold Calling Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments through outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups. This role is pivotal in driving our sales pipeline by initiating contact with potential clients, identifying needs, and presenting our services or solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers across [regions/industries].

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through strategic calling and outreach.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed notes.

• Schedule meetings or product demos for the outside sales or business development team.

• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and call volume targets.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.

• Stay updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
