Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Tender Sales & Client Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–3 years (Tender Sales / Client Acquisition)

About the Role:
We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate new business and onboard clients interested in government tenders. The role involves identifying potential clients, explaining tender opportunities, and helping them participate successfully in government bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with companies interested in government tenders
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and online research
• Explain tender processes and opportunities to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Create customized sales pitches for clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to support clients in the bidding process
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
• Stay updated on new tenders, policies, and procurement trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Tender domain preferred)
• Knowledge of e-tendering portals like GeM, CPPP, and state procurement sites
• Proven ability in lead generation and client acquisition
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in selling tender consultancy or similar services
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
