Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with clients to drive sales and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a sales role
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
