Inside Sales Specialist

Job Duties:

• Supports sales teams by generating leads.
• Lead generation using social media tools, social media tools, research etc.
• Running email campaigns and mailers to a focused database.
• CRM management and ensuring all details on CRM is updated.
• Followup with leads over emails or calls and schedule meetings/demos for sales team.
• Telecalling to prospects .
• Managing the sales force tool and ensure leads are updated regularly.
• Funnel follow-up with partners and system integrators.
• Assist sales team and technical team to respond to tenders, RFP etc.
• Ensure website has latest information with respect to product updates.
• Helping /advising on improving the website.
• Running of online events/ webinars.
• Co-ordinate with OEM to create Webinar calendar

Skills/Qualifications:

• Background in computers and cybersecurity or any Bachelor’s degree with experience in cybersecurity product sale is a must.
• Should have at least 3 years of experience in selling cybersecurity products in any one of these- Application Security, Network Security, Data Privacy, Threat intelligence.
• Domain knowledge of cybersecurity is important.
• Command over basic productivity tools like MS Office, CRM tools like Salesforce or equivalent etc.
• Strong verbal,and written; communication skills with an inclination towards sales, business development and marketing.

Pay: ₹32,866.99 - ₹58,755.18 per month
