We are expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic, goal-driven professionals to join us. Key Responsibilities Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets by driving sales of technology training programs. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to understand their learning needs and recommend relevant programs aligned with their career goals. Use CRM tools to manage tasks, follow-ups, and track sales progress. Generate, nurture, and close leads to consistently meet daily and monthly goals. Provide pre-sales to post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update calling/mailing databases for effective outreach. Research and leverage tools to enhance sales effectiveness. Prepare and submit daily sales reports. Complete a structured 7-day self-directed training program before actively engaging in sales activities. Required Skills & Experience 1–4 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience Strong track record in revenue generation and sales conversions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required). Experience in cold calling and customer counseling. Proficiency in MS Office and general computer management.
