Position: Inside Sales Executive - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads via research, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions and close deals.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and meet conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Track sales activities and share regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
