Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of NIITs mission, directly engaging with

potential learners and driving enrolments into our career advancement programs.

  1. Lead Engagement:

    Proactively reach out to potential learners via phone, email, chat, and social media to generate interest in NIITs programs.
  2. Sales Ownership:

    Manage the entire sales lifecycle including lead nurturing, product demonstrations, closing sales, and post-sales follow-up.
  3. Consultative Selling:

    Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable NIIT programs that match their goals.
  4. Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with learners throughout the sales journey.
  5. CRM Management:

    Accurately log and maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Collaboration:

    Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academics, operations) to ensure a seamless learner experience.

  1. Sales Acumen

    Proven ability to understand customer needs and close deals effectively.
  2. Goal Orientation

    Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Customer Focus

    Ability to genuinely engage with learners and provide solutions aligned with their career goals.
  4. Communication & Influencing Skills

    Confident speaker who can build rapport and influence decision-making.
  5. Self-Motivation & Energy

    – High energy levels and a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
  6. Integrity

    – Strong ethical standards and honesty in all interactions and commitments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Graduate in any discipline
  2. 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or education sales is an added advantage
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable
