Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to build a new client database by utilizing a combination of cold calling and warm leads. You should demonstrate the ability to conduct social media profiling of potential leads, gather contact information, and initiate initial contact through calls and emails. It is essential to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure the Inside Sales team has a sufficient number of opportunities for conversion. You will be expected to contact all new leads promptly and assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative based on geographical location and deal size. Furthermore, your role will involve driving awareness within the account base through regular email and call campaigns, as well as encouraging customer actions. You should be adept at moving opportunities through various stages and providing reliable forecasts. Meeting or exceeding monthly activity targets, lead generation goals, opportunity creation metrics, and revenue targets are crucial aspects of this role. You should have a good understanding of target industries and be able to achieve planned leads within specific domains and industries. Additionally, providing regular updates on leads generated, opportunities created, demonstrations scheduled and completed, and revenue closed is essential. Maintaining detailed customer relationship management logs, following workflow processes, and obtaining internal approvals are also part of your responsibilities. You will be required to deliver online demonstrations and presentations to prospects nationwide, staying informed about our competitors and unique positioning in the market. Having a strong objection handling mindset, the ability to initiate engaging conversations, and navigate through various roles and profiles within organizations to reach decision-makers are key skills for this role. Collaboration with the Enterprise Sales team is essential, so the ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Outbound Sales, with exposure to closing roles. Familiarity with Inside Sales HR Technology and methods for other SaaS products is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, rapport building abilities, active listening skills, objection handling proficiency, and clear articulation are essential qualities for success in this role. The preferred educational background is a graduate degree with a technical inclination. The ideal candidate will excel in driving proposals, developing business cases, and responding to customer business requirements with a consultative sales approach.,
