UI/UX and Web Designer

As a Lead UI/UX & Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites while managing software UI/UX design and maintenance. Your primary focus will be to create visually appealing sites with user-friendly design and clear navigation according to required specifications. Your role may vary from Lead Designer to Designer based on your previous experiences, designations, roles, educational qualifications, and understanding of live industry projects. You will be accountable for various key responsibilities including the design, creation, and implementation of high-quality digital graphics with pixel accuracy. Your active participation in brainstorming, user research, interaction design, and visual design sessions will be crucial. Collaborating with the design and development team, you will create mock-ups to establish user interface direction and innovation. Working closely with UI programmers, you will ensure correct functionality and visual fidelity by proposing low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes based on project requirements. Furthermore, you will work with the marketing team to maintain WordPress websites, brainstorm new growth strategies, and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaboration with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, as well as working with agencies and other vendor partners, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to evaluate emerging technologies. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum qualification of being a graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital marketing or a related field, which would be an added benefit. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field is also required.
