Job Description – Inside Sales Representative Location: Mumbai Experience: 2-5 years Salary - 7-8LPA Immediate joiner Industry: IT / Telecom / System Integration Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and relationship management. This role requires a strong understanding of IT and telecom solutions, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research. Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pitch relevant products/services. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule meetings and follow up on sales inquiries. Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective inside sales strategies. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead generation efforts. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT, Telecom, or System Integration domains. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
