Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media to drive revenue growth.
Convert leads into paying customers by upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services.
Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to increase retention rates.

Job Requirements :

1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, cross sales, or telesales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone/email.
Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and data analysis.
