Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media to drive revenue growth.
  • Convert leads into paying customers by upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to increase retention rates.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, cross sales, or telesales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone/email.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and data analysis.
