Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential leads to generate interest and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Research and segment target accounts to build effective outreach strategies.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to calls, emails, meetings booked, and leads qualified.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, (preferably in a B2B environment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and lead qualification processes.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in [industry-Staffing, B2B sales].
• Knowledge of sales tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
