Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team at DBNPE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our products and services, and converting prospects into active customers or partners. Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential customers, agents, and channel partners via calls, emails, and digital platforms. Explain DBNPE’s insurance and financial products clearly and persuasively. Convert leads into active users or business partners (retailers, distributors, master distributors). Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager. Coordinate with the operations team for partner onboarding and query resolution. Follow up on pending leads and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Provide feedback to improve customer experience and product offerings. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Business Development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English mandatory; regional language is a plus). Good understanding of financial products or insurance sales preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets. Strong persuasion and relationship management skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
