Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential and existing clients, presenting products or services, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a strong customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers in the assigned territory to promote and sell company products/services. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and product trends. Submit daily reports on visits, sales performance, and customer feedback. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
