Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic outdoor sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Identify and visit potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) across assigned regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in plastic products, FMCG, or related industries. Strong network of clients in the household product sector is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively. Target-driven with a strong sense of accountability. Field Sales Manager marine lines, mumbai/bombay 2 - 31 years INR 3.6 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are hiring a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales growth within an assigned territory in the plastic manufacturing and distribution industry. The role requires actively pursuing new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities: Promote and sell plastic products, such as bottles, containers, and custom-molded items, to new and existing B2B clients. Identify new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep management informed with regular sales reports and forecasts. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Polymer Engineering is a plus). Proven field sales experience, preferably within the plastics, packaging, or industrial materials industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a willingness to travel extensively. Must have a passport and willing to go to Middle East / dubai for sales purposes.
