Sales & Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Outdoor Sales) to join our team and drive market expansion. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic outdoor sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Identify and visit potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) across assigned regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in plastic products, FMCG, or related industries. Strong network of clients in the household product sector is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively. Target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
