Sales & Marketing Manager

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Marketing Manager at Shakti Forge Industries Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading marketing and business development activities. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance market share and brand visibility both domestically and internationally. You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the timely execution of projects to meet customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility in domestic and international markets. - Identify new business opportunities, customers, and markets for forged products. - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. - Coordinate with production and design teams for timely project execution and customer satisfaction. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies. - Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company capabilities. - Lead the marketing team, provide guidance, and monitor performance to achieve business targets. - Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices. **Qualification Required:** - Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy) or MBA in Marketing. - Experience: 10-20 years of experience in forging, casting, or manufacturing industry. - Gender: Male/Female. **Additional Company Details:** Shakti Forge Industries Pvt.
