Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales & marketing team to drive business growth. Your main focus will be on developing strategic sales & marketing plans, managing operations, and mentoring team members to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. - Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimize the customer journey. - Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team. - Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and ethical standards. - Prepare quotations, arrange one-on-one meetings based on office or client preferences, and follow up with clients until product delivery. - Visit wedding venues or shooting locations as per requirements.
