• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and social media; work with marketing on inbound leads.
• Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to refine sales strategy.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships, conduct needs assessments and present our value proposition.
• Pipeline Management: Manage leads in CRM, ensure smooth handoff to the sales team, and help achieve targets.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and support teams; share feedback to improve campaigns.
• Sales Execution: Conduct demos, close sales, and contribute to quarterly quotas.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

Candidates with 1-2 Years of experience in sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.

Goal-oriented and eager to learn.
