Inside Sales (SDR) Professionals | Ranchi Office

  • Sales Team Lead (SDR Lead) — 1 Position

  • Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Telecaller (B2B) — 3 Positions


About the Role

We’re building a dedicated sales pod for one of India’s leading sustainability and ESG automation companies.


Your goal will be to connect with manufacturers and exporters across India, introduce this company's solutions, and schedule qualified demos with CXOs and decision-makers.

This is not a typical call-center job — it’s a high-growth B2B sales opportunity for professionals who can think, engage, and sell smart.


What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to Indian manufacturing/export companies.
  • Qualify leads according to company size, geography, and CBAM/ESG needs.
  • Explain core benefits of digital compliance and sustainability solutions.
  • Schedule and confirm demo meetings with the sales team.
  • Update CRM with call outcomes and follow-up tasks.
  • Work closely with the Team Lead and RaghuvarTech management to refine scripts and improve call quality.


For the Team Lead (SDR Lead):

  • Manage a team of 3 SDRs.
  • Drive daily performance, QA reviews, and pipeline reporting.
  • Coach and train SDRs on B2B outreach and objection handling.


What We’re Looking For

For SDR / Telecaller role:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales or telecalling.
  • Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
  • Confidence, clarity, and ability to handle decision-maker conversations.
  • Prior use of CRM, Exotel, or any dialer is a plus.
  • Comfortable working from Ranchi office (Mon–Sat).


For Team Lead role:

  • 4–6 years of inside sales or sales training experience.
  • Proven record in managing telecalling or SDR teams.
  • B2B SaaS / export / manufacturing sector experience preferred.
  • Data-driven, strong on communication and ownership.
