Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their IT needs and propose suitable solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and articulate IT solutions and services Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field Show more Show less
