Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Collaborate with the team to enhance sales processes and strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong background in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
