Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads

  (students), understand their needs through detailed consultations.

• Pitch and sell relevant services

  with empathy and conviction — every call you make has the potential to change a life.

• Own the sales funnel

  : manage and nurture your leads, follow up regularly, and close deals.

• Collaborate

  with marketing teams for seamless client onboarding.

• Update CRM systems

  accurately and submit weekly reports on performance and learning.
• Participate in

  team sales sprints

  , campaign brainstorms, and performance reviews.

You Are a Great Fit If You Are:

• A recent graduate or have experience in B2C inside sales or tele-sales.
• Fluent in English, confident on the phone, and persuasive in communication.
• Motivated by targets and performance-linked rewards.
• Quick learner, coachable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiar with CRMs and Excel (or a fast learner).
