Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements will be a key aspect of your role, as you will need to identify and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Achieving quarterly quotas and closing sales will be pivotal to your success in this position. Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be expected to maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Collaborating with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals will be essential to drive business growth. Additionally, conducting effective online demos to prospects will be a crucial aspect of your role. To excel in this role, you should have proven inside sales experience and a track record of over-achieving quota targets. A strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day will be necessary. Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, as well as experience working with Lead Gen Tools and CRM systems, will be advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening abilities, and effective presentation skills are qualities that will help you succeed in this position.
