b Description: Telecaller – Electronics & Water Purifier Service Process Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Joining: Immediate joiners only Experience: 0–2 years (Telecalling/Service process preferred) Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding electronics and water purifier service requirements. Handle inbound service-related inquiries and provide clear information. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the field service team. Maintain customer records, follow-up lists, and service updates. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication. Requirements:Good communication skills and a polite phone manner. Basic computer knowledge (data entry, CRM updating, call logs). Prior telecalling or service process experience preferred. Should be willing to join immediately.
