Our primary focus is on building robust and secure blockchain solutions, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and various DeFi (Decentralized Finance) products Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in the Blockchain or cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client base within the Blockchain ecosystem. Conduct sales presentations and product demos, demonstrating the value of our blockchain solutions to potential clients. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth client experience. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions and strategy. Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s brand. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Blockchain or technology sectors. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
