Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction and service. The role includes daily tasks such as contacting potential clients, following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and providing support to current customers to drive sales and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong communication (Hindi& English) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
