Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers and upselling additional products or services.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information, addressing customer concerns, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably in a technology or B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Expereince in Edtech & Fintech would be an added advantage.
