Job Title: HR & IR – Plant Location: Gurgaon Experience: 15+ Years (Preferred in Manufacturing/Engineering/Automotive/Heavy Industries) CTC Range: ₹18 – 20 LPA Age Range: 40 – 45 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR & IR Leader to manage end-to-end HR, Industrial Relations, and Administration for our plant. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manpower management, union negotiations, statutory compliance, and employee relations , ensuring a harmonious workplace while aligning with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Industrial Relations (IR): Handle all plant-level industrial relations, including negotiations, settlements, and maintaining cordial relations with unions. Ensure timely resolution of disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases. Drive proactive engagement with union representatives to avoid conflicts and strikes. Manpower & Workforce Management: Oversee workforce planning, deployment, shift management, and contract labor. Optimize manpower utilization to improve productivity. Implement HR best practices for employee engagement, training, and retention. Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations. Handle labor inspections, audits, and statutory filings. Maintain updated knowledge of applicable labor legislations. Administration & General Management: Manage security, transport, canteen, welfare, and other administrative functions of the plant. Oversee cost-effective management of plant facilities and infrastructure. Ensure smooth coordination with government authorities and external stakeholders. Leadership & Strategy: Act as a key advisor to Plant Head/Management on HR & IR matters. Build strong employee relations to foster a positive work culture. Drive organizational development initiatives and change management at plant level. Key Requirements: MBA / MSW / PG in HR / IR / PMIR from a reputed institute. 15+ years of progressive HR & IR experience in manufacturing / heavy industries / engineering sector. Strong experience in union handling, negotiations, and settlements. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and IR practices. Proven track record in plant administration and manpower management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
