Job Title: Dy. Manager / Manager – International Sales

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: 11 – 13 years

Compensation: Offered CTC is Up to ₹14 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and/or
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institute

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic International Sales Professional to manage and grow our global sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, driving international sales, and achieving revenue targets across assigned geographies. The role requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of industrial/consumer durable/electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales Execution:

  • Conduct customer mapping to identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers for new customer acquisition.
  • Design customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Lead sales negotiations, prepare quotations, and finalize contracts.
  • Ensure timely quotation follow-ups and updates in CRM systems.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
  • Present product capabilities and demonstrate how they meet customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer communications.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and support post-sales requirements.

3. Revenue & Payment Management:

  • Monitor sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Follow up diligently for timely payment collections.

4. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports for management review.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 11–13 years of relevant experience in International Sales, preferably in Industrial, Consumer Durables, or Electrical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of global sales channels and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and manage long-term accounts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
  • Knowledge of any foreign language is a plus, but not mandatory.
