We are currently looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Diploma (Mechanical) graduates to join our Sales team as Trainees.

Job Description:

As a Trainee – Sales, you will be responsible for supporting our technical sales operations, building client relationships, and promoting Groz-Tools' industrial products to customers across North India. This is a field-oriented role offering hands-on experience in industrial sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the promotion and sales of industrial products (Groz-Tools) to customers in the assigned region

Develop a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and customer needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Provide product demonstrations and technical support when required

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable and confident personality

Willingness to travel for field sales activities

Passion for sales and customer service

Basic knowledge of industrial tools/mechanical components will be an advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (recent pass-outs preferred)

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
