Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
·
·
Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch appropriate solutions.
·
·
Generate leads, follow up, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
·
·
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
·
·
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
·
·
Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and build strong customer relationships.
·
·
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
·
Requirements:
·
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller / Inside Sales Representative (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
·
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·
·
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
·
·
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
·
·
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
·
·
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language – as per your requirement].
·
Qualifications:
·
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
·
·
Prior experience in tele sales / customer service / BPO preferred but not mandatory.
·
